RFID tunnel
A closed box rides through a tunnel with four antennas that read the RFID tags on the bottles. The reader is noisy: it repeats reads, misses tags and hears the box next to it. The engine cleans up the noise and decides whether the box matches the order.
Scenario:
Try it with the neighbouring box: too permissive and its bottles sneak in; too strict and yours start going missing.

Live reads
What the engine does with each read
-
Drops weak signals A tag that arrives below the threshold is far away: most likely it belongs to the box next door.
-
Drops anything that isn't a valid EPC Truncated frames, non-hex characters or tags that aren't encoded as SGTIN-96.
-
Counts each tag once All four antennas read the same bottle dozens of times; the first read is the one that counts.
-
Groups by GTIN and checks the order The serial number tells bottles apart; the GTIN says which product it is. Every order line has to add up.
